Ciprofloxacin and clarithromycin concentrations frequently above PNECs.
High concentrations of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim found in hospital effluent.
Hospital effluent wastewater is a hot spot for induction of antimicrobial resistance.
Direct disposal of antimicrobials was identified in hospital effluent wastewater.
